Expert opinion is a document confirming the compliance of the produced or imported goods with the sanitary-epidemiological and hygienic requirements of the TS. Since such a document is not mandatory (under current legislation), its voluntary registration is envisaged. As a rule, the registration of EZ is made for products that fall into the first list of products (substances, materials) of the 299th from the Decision of the CCC of 28.05.10. Not being mandatory, EE is issued only at the request of the manufacturer / distributor of the goods. Often the reason for issuing such a conclusion is the desire of the supplier / producer to improve the image of his product and increase confidence in the consumer market. However, sometimes the receipt of a document of this type is conditioned by the need: the customs control authorities have the right to request any supporting document, in cases when they have doubts about the quality of the transported products. Also sometimes this conclusion is required by the terms of the contract for import or for taking part in tenders. The content of the expert opinion is comparable to the content of its predecessor - sanitary conclusion, but the new document is unlimited, unlike the abolished one. In this document, you must specify all the characteristics of the product: * Name; * Composition; * Application area; * Terms of Use; * Sanitary and hygienic characteristics; * Results of conducted inspections; * Data on the manufacturer or supplier; * Other. Each issued EZ has its own individual number.
